Shuttle-like lead tungstate (PbWO4) microcrystals are synthesized at room temperature using the precipitation method with the cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide. Results from both the X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscopy show that the lattice distortions of the PbWO4 microcrystals are reduced significantly when the annealing temperature is increased to 873 K. The result from the ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy shows that the exciton absorption appears in the sample annealed at 673 K. The self-trapped exciton luminescence due to the Jahn-Teller effect is also observed in the blue band. The interstitial oxygen ions in the WO42- groups are mainly resposible for the enhancement effect of the green luminescence of the annealed samples. The above results are supported by the spectrum analysis of the as-grown and the post-annealed samples using the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.  相似文献

Zn0.98 Cu0.02 O powders are prepared by the sol-gel method.A small number of CuO impurity phases are observed by the x-ray diffraction,indicating the solubility of Cu in ZnO is less than 2 at.%.The Zn0.98 Cu0.02 O powders exhibit diamagnetism at 300 K and paramagnetism at 5 K.After subtracting the diamagnetic contribution of ZnO bulk and the paramagnetic contribution of defects,Cu ions exhibit weak paramagnetism.By codoping Cu with Co or Mn in ZnO,only paramagnetism is observed at room temperature.  相似文献

The formation energies and the equilibrium concentration of vacancies,interstitial H,K,P,O and antisite structural defects with P and K in KH 2 PO 4 (KDP) crystals are investigated by ab initio total-energy calculations.The formation energy of interstitial H is calculated to be about 2.06 eV and we suggest that it may be the dominant defect in KDP crystal.The formation energy of an O vacancy (5.25 eV) is much higher than that of interstitial O (0.60 eV).Optical absorption centres can be induced by defects of O vacancies,interstitial O and interstitial H.We suggest that these defects may be responsible for the lowering of the damage threshold of the KDP.A K vacancy defect may increase the ionic conductivity and therefore the laser-induced damage threshold decreases.  相似文献

本文利用晶格动力学软件GULP模拟计算了钨酸钡晶体的本征点缺陷,首先利用驰豫拟合的方法得到离子之间的相互作用势,利用这些相互作用势计算得到的结果与实验结果吻合得很好,在此基础上计算晶体本征缺陷的生成能,通过对本征点缺陷生成能的分析得到以下结论:钨酸钡晶体内V2+O的数量要大于V2-Ba的数量;钨酸钡晶体内缺陷态主要以V2-Ba-V2+O空位对和F色心形式存在.  相似文献

The phonon density of states(PDOS) and the thermodynamical properties including the heat capacity, the free energy,and the entropy of a single-layer graphene with vacancy defects have been studied theoretically. We first analytically derive the general formula of the lattice vibration frequency, and then numerically discuss the effect of the defects on the PDOS. Our results suggest that the vacancy defects will induce the sawtooth-like oscillation of the PDOS and the specific oscillation patterns depend on the concentration and the spatial distribution of the vacancies. In addition, it is verified that the vacancy defects will cause the increase of the heat capacity because of the vacancy-induced low-frequency resonant peak. Moreover, the influences of the vacancies on the free energy and the entropy are investigated.  相似文献

By first-principles calculations, we propose three heterojunction nanodevices based on zigzag silicene nanoribbons with different edge-hydrogenated topological line defects. The devices all present excellent spin-filtering properties with 100% spin polarization as well as remarkable rectifying effect (with rectification ratio around 102) and negative differential resistance behaviors. Our findings shed new light on the design of silicon-based nanodevices with intriguing spintronic applications.  相似文献

We propose a way to manipulate the landscape of the superconducting condensate in thin films via stripe-like (1D) and checkerboard (2D) periodic patterns. Our approach is based on the spatially localized heating of the superconductor, which is reflected in sinusoidal variations of the local temperature, which can be produced via, e.g., a focused laser beam or nanoheaters. This simple approach provides a very good alternative for modulation of the vortex collective, emerging in the type-II superconductors as a natural response to the applied magnetic field and the transport current, which was, up to now, controlled mainly via nanofabricated static pinning centers, whose distribution cannot be changed once the landscape is defined.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法计算了存在Ga空位缺陷和掺杂B原子的二维GaAs的能带结构、态密度和光学性质.计算结果表明空位缺陷二维GaAs显示出金属特性,B原子的引入使体系变为间接带隙半导体,禁带宽度为0.35 eV.态密度计算发现体系低能带主要由Ga的s态、p态、d态和As的s态、p态构成;高能带主要由Ga和As的s态、p态构成.掺杂B原子与存在空位缺陷的二维GaAs相比,静态介电常数相对较低,变为8.42,且易于吸收紫外光,在3.90~8.63 eV能量范围具有金属反射特性,反射率达到52%.  相似文献

In view of the common pests and diseases and irregularly shaped fruits of Nanguo pear, this paper fused the spectral information and image features to realize the rapid nondestructive testing and recognition of the external defects on Nanguo pear by hyperspectral imaging technology. Backpropagation neural network and support vector machine model was established to identify external defects, which are commonly used in classification and pattern recognition. The testing results show that recognition effect of support vector machine is better than backpropagation neural network. Among them, the recognition accuracy of fruits damaged by insects and rotten fruits of Nanguo pears reaches 100%. This study provides a theoretical basis for developing online grading system and quality detection of Nanguo pear based on multispectral imaging technique.  相似文献

Carbon nanotube (CNT)/metal interface interaction is critical to the mechanical properties of CNT-reinforced metal matrix composites (MMCs). In this paper, in order to realize the chemical modification of the interface interaction between CNTs and Mg matrix, different types of defects (monovacancy, carbon and oxygen adatoms, as well as p-type boron and n-type nitrogen substitution) are introduced in CNTs to investigate the effect of the defects on the interface interaction (Eib) between CNT and Mg (0 0 0 1) surface. Moreover, two models (adsorption model and interface model) are compared and validated to investigate the interface interaction. It is revealed that the CNT with the carbon adatom has the highest Eib with the Mg (0 0 0 1), and the effect of boron doping on Eib is superior to the intermediate oxygen which has already been proved experimentally in the enhancement of the interface interaction in MMCs. In terms of the electronic structure analysis, we reveal the micro-mechanism of the increase of Eib under the action of different types of defects, and propose that the presence of holes (boron dopant) and the unsaturated electrons in CNTs can generate the chemical interaction between CNT and Mg matrix effectively. Our results are of great scientific importance to the realization of robust interfacial bonding between CNTs and Mg matrix via the reinforcement modification, so as to enhance the mechanical properties of CNTs reinforced Mg matrix composites.  相似文献
